Registering / Subscribing to Squeebles TT Connect

Once you have downloaded the Squeebles Times Tables Connect app, the next step is to register for a Squeebles Connect account and take out a subscription.

Types of Account

There are 3 categories of account: Family, Tutor and School. All come with a fully functional, 7 day free trial of the app.

They differ very slightly in terms of features, but the main difference between each type of account is the number of children each allows access to. A full list of all subscriptions, with prices, can be found here.

Free Trial

Each type of subscription comes with a 7 day free trial that is automatically applied to your account once you have signed up. If you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period, you will not be charged anything at all.

Registering An Account:

Step 1: open the Squeebles Times Tables Connect app

Step 2: navigate to the parent / teacher login screen (below left), and tap the orange "Not Registered? Sign Up Now" button to access the registration process.

Step 3: Choose the type of account you would like to sign up for (below right).

Step 4: Choose the specific subscription band you would like from your chosen category (below left). This should be based on how many children you require access for. One you have done this, you will be taken to the screen shown below right, where the process of collecting the data required for us to set you up with an account begins.

Step 5: Proceed through the next 3 screens, where we will ask for the following information:

  • First name, time zone, e-mail address, username and password.

For school accounts, we also ask for your surname, school's name, country and post code. For information on how we store and use your information, please visit our privacy policy. Agree to the terms and conditions of the app and then submit your membership.

Step 6: You should now be asked to sign in to your store account to confirm you subscription and payment method. If you cancel at this point, your account will still have been registered with us, but no payment will have been taken. You can always complete the process later by logging into your Squeebles Connect account within the app and launching the process of purchasing a subscription from within the parent / teacher area.

Note: do not press anything, including the cancel button, whilst the app is connecting with the store. It may take up to 30 seconds for the subscription to process properly, even after the prompt from your preferred store has disappeared.

Account Verification:

Before you can use your account, it needs verifying. This is a simple process and how it works depends on the type of account you signed up for:

  • Family and tutor accounts - verify automatically by clicking the link in the welcome e-mail we sent you
  • School accounts - we need to manually verify all school accounts, which we aim to do within 1 working day, usually much sooner.

Once all the above has been done, you are ready to log in to the Parent / Teacher Zone and start setting up your children's accounts....

Web Sign Up:

Currently you cannot set up an account or subscribe via the web version of the app, as we are not set up to take web payments directly.

This should change soon, but until then you will need to either download and install the iOS or Android version of the app to handle this step.

Important for Squeebles Spelling Test Users:

A Squeebles Connect account is not the same thing as a Squeebles Spelling Share account, that you may have signed up for previously for use with our spelling app. At some point, our aim is to bring everything under one roof, but for the time being, these are different accounts, with different features.

You can use the same e-mail address for each, but having one does not mean you will automatically have the other. You need to actively sign up again for a Squeebles Connect account even if you already have a Squeebles Spelling Share account.
